Skwentex Energy Crop. was officially established on July 1, 2022. It was formerly known as the new energy business group of Hanke International Co., Ltd. It was established in 2008 and began to operate the solar photovoltaic market. At the beginning, it mainly distributed solar energy equipment, and then gradually incorporated EPC engineering into its business scope.

In the procurement bid for the "Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) Frequency Regulation Auxiliary Service for Energy Storage" launched by Taipower for the first time, Hanneng won 5MW as the first place, and won 5MW with Taipuwei, Taizhou Cement Green Energy, Datong, Juheng and other companies to jointly win the bid.
