Dividend policy stipulated in the company's articles of association:
If the company's annual final accounts show a surplus, it shall first pay taxes and make up for previous losses, then set aside 10% as statutory surplus reserves, and set aside or transfer special surplus reserves in accordance with the law;
If there is still a balance and the accumulated undistributed earnings, the board of directors shall prepare a profit distribution proposal and submit it to the shareholders' meeting for a resolution to distribute dividends to shareholders.
The Company's dividend policy is to distribute dividends appropriately in accordance with current and future development plans, considering the investment environment, capital needs, domestic and international competition, and taking into account factors such as shareholder interests.
The total amount of dividends distributed from annual earnings shall not be less than 10% of the distributable earnings for that year. Dividends shall be distributed in the form of cash or stock, and the proportion of cash dividends shall not be less than 10% of the total dividends.
However, if the Company has major investment plans and cannot obtain other funds to support it, cash dividends may not be distributed upon approval of the Board of Directors and the shareholders' meeting.
